Qualifications:
- In-house legal counsel experience (from EPC / infrastructure / manufacturing / mobility sector)
- Key Experiences Preferred: Min 6-8 years. (in-house corporate experience)
- Key qualifications Preferred: Bachelor in Law, exposure in Corporate law will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Tender / contracts review, contract drafting, dispute resolution / arbitration / litigation and interacting with the company’s business functions
- Ensure the legal advice on contractual legal matters, interacting with the company’s business functions
- Ensure the legal advice on business support activities (e.g. tendering processes, procurement contracts)
- Ensure the interface with external legal advisor (e.g. on specific contractual and legal matters. Ensure the implementation of all the actions required for the legal support of Intellectual property of the Company (e.g. IP protection, optimization, etc.)
- Guarantee the coordination and proper implementation of the Insurance Counsel plans and single policies adopted by the Company and by its controlled companies.
- Ensure the identification and the implementation of all the actions required by the Insurance Counsel policies in order to fulfill all claims requirements.
- Ensure Insurance Counsel cost estimation for bid proposal.
- Ensure a legal advice on business transaction’s proceedings involving or affecting the Company e.g.: ‒ Litigation (including the interaction with external advisors in order to supervise the implementation of the required legal strategy) ‒ Arbitration ‒ Mediation ‒ Generic settlement Ensure the monitoring and updating of all types of legal proceeding involving or affecting the STS’ Group
