About:
TDM, in collaboration with IACL, provides insightful summaries of the latest arbitral awards, primarily from Investment Arbitral Tribunals. These summaries are distributed free of charge to the public, enhancing the understanding of international arbitration by offering quick, accessible insights into complex legal decisions.
Role:
Case Reporters and Editors
Qualification:
- Excellent Writing Skills: Ability to draft clear, concise summaries of lengthy documents.
- Proficient English: Mastery of English is essential; additional languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Swedish, Dutch) are a plus.
- Passion for International Arbitration: A deep interest in the field and in producing high-quality summaries.
