About:
Vipul Ganda is an Independent Litigation Counsel with over 18 years of rich experience and a proven track record in litigation and dispute resolution, combined with extensive experience of working with some of India’s most coveted law firms.
Vipul has successfully participated in and argued a diverse spectrum of domestic and international commercial arbitrations and matters involving contractual and commercial disputes, family disputes, government contracts, writs, shareholder disputes, corporate fraud, corporate restructuring (including mergers and acquisitions), corporate bankruptcy and insolvency resolution process, bail and criminal trials.
His clients include global business houses such as, Kobelco Group, Markem lmaje, DB Schenkar and McLarens Aviation, as well as prestigious Indian corporates such as NIIT, Ramprastha Group, DASNAC Group and Prayag Polytech Private Limited. Vipul is also an Additional Standing Counsel of New Delhi Municipal Council, a Panel Advocate for National Buildings Construction Corporation and a Legal Aid Counsel for criminal matters in New Delhi.
Prior to setting up his private practise in 2014, Vipul was a Principal Associate at India’s premier law firm, the erstwhile Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. Vipul started his career as a litigation lawyer at the High Court of Bombay, while working with Dave & Girish & Co., Mumbai.
