Prior to establishing IMS Lex Advisory, Inder Mohan Singh served for 17 years as General Counsel of a listed company and spent 19 years as an equity partner at a leading law firm, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, governance matters and cross-border transactions involving leading Indian and multinational corporations. His experience spans multiple sectors including automotive, manufacturing, cement, media, technology, energy and education.
The firm’s work centres on general corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and governance advisory, and private client practice, with particular experience in advising promoter-led businesses and listed companies on complex strategic decisions. Over the years, Inder has also advised numerous business families on succession planning, family trusts and governance frameworks to support inter-generational continuity of business and ownership.
In addition to his advisory practice, Inder Mohan Singh currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Eicher Motors Limited and Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles Limited, bringing boardroom perspective to matters involving governance, regulatory compliance and corporate strategy.

Qualification:
• Qualified CS with 4–5 years of professional experience
• Prior experience in a law firm environment, particularly involving compliance for listed companies will be a big plus
• Strong knowledge of the Companies Act & Secretarial Standards.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
• Experience in drafting minutes, notices, and annual reports
