Qualifications:
- The candidate should have worked with a firm of Company Secretaries or a firm of Chartered Accountants.
- He should carry an experience of at least 3 to 4 years working with the above mentioned firm/s.
- He should be an expert in company law and LLP law and have good knowledge of FEMA.
- He should have good communication skills and a good command over the English language.
