About:
ArthAlpha is an investment management and investment technology company cofounded by Rohit Beri (ex-CIO of True Beacon, hedge fund arm of Zerodha) and Rohit Jha (ex-Portfolio Manager at Tower Research Capital). They are backed by one of the leading mutual fund houses in India. They are building a quant research platform with AI/ML integration, eliminating the need for each investment house to develop the entire infrastructure for quant investing. Their long-only product, powered by in-house technology for stock selection, has outperformed the market by more than 40% over the past 22 months. They are now setting up our investment management business (PMS/CAT 3 AIF) and looking for a legal and compliance associate.
Role:
Compliance Associate
Qualification:
- At least one of the three qualifications: CA, CS, or LLB
- Having 2 or more of the above will be advantageous
- 1-5 years experience in SEBI regulations
- Ideally working for Big 4 or Asset Management Industry
- Rank holders strongly encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
The Compliance Associate will manage regulatory relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, utilise analytical skills for monitoring, and ensure that the business and team operate within legal, ethical, moral and regulatory boundaries. The role will require effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
