Compliance Associate (Company’s Act)

Experience:
- 1+ years of work experience with Regulatory Compliance
- 1+ years of work experience with Due Diligence
- 1+ years of work experience with Company Law
Responsibilities:
- Supporting lead company secretary in handling all the secretarial compliances
- Preparing agenda, notice, minutes, and resolutions for all Board meetings, shareholders meetings and committee meetings.
- Handling documentation and assisting in compliances related to Rights Issue, Bonus Issue, Private Placement of equity shares, Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares, debentures, loans etc;
- Maintain records and periodical updating of register of members, debenture holders, register of Charges, register of Directors, register of loans and Investments and other applicable statutory registers of the Company
- Carrying out research on corporate secretarial matters to help businesses with the interpretation and implementation of relevant company law regulations.
- Looking for a professional who is energetic and go getter.
