Role:
Compliance Legal Ops Analyst
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from 4 year university
- At least 2 years of experience working as an operations analyst
- At least 2 years of experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments (e.g. law firm, consulting, start-up)
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, can manage large datasets and utilize vlookups, hlookups, pivot tables, and pivot charts, with ease
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana) and workflow intake tools (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow)
Good to Have :-
- Project management certification, preferably CAPM or PMP from PMI
- Software implementation experience (not necessarily leading an implementation, but part of the implementation or testing team)
- Change management experience
- Business process improvement/streamlining experience
- Experience working cross-functionally
Responsibilities:
- Primary administrator for Compliance platforms (Dow Jones 3rd Party Risk Management, Securiti.ai) and Compliance-related workflows
- Assist in the continuous development, improvement, and optimization of existing systems and processes
- Assist in Compliance software implementation and deployment projects, including but not limited to requirements gathering, scoping, pilot testing, prototyping, solution designing, UAT, installation, deployment, and training & enablement
- Conduct first-line due diligence on third party intermediaries
- Create and maintain auditable record files on all third party intermediaries
- Generate ad-hoc reports, maintain and create metrics dashboards, and develop quarterly KPIs for leadership team review
- Maintain and develop library of Compliance-related training materials, playbooks, and training activities
- Integrating Dow Jones into IronClad/Salesforce to screen existing partners
- Tagging partner agreements and sending termination notices to inactive partners
- Administer and manage privacy and compliance training and programs
- Enable efficiencies by creating seamless access to department institutional knowledge through the organization and centralization of key templates, policies, processes, and other knowledge materials
- Coordinate closely with Business Systems, Finance, Compliance, HR and other cross-functional partners to prioritize and track status of projects, tasks, and timelines for deliverables
- Participate in evaluation, testing, training, implementation, and support for legal technology solutions
