About:

Qualifications:
- Company Secretary/ LLB or LLM
- Relevant experience in legal advisory and contract management for infrastructure/ shipping/ maritime/ ports projects, including drafting, review, and interpretation of concession agreements, EPC and consultancy contracts, and scheme-related legal documents. The candidate should have experience in contractual compliance monitoring, claims and dispute advisory, risk assessment, PPP laws and maritime legislation, and coordination with public sector authorities, with exposure to Government schemes, PPP frameworks, or institutionally financed infrastructure projects.
- Desirable Experience: Experience in shipping/ maritime/ ports industry
