Contract Abstraction – Consultant
Qualifications:
- Fresher /Experienced with prior 6 month LPO experience in contract abstraction.
- Completed LLB or LLM
Skills required:
- Strong analytical and interpretational skills
- Excellent written skills
- Highly detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to perform well under stringent deadline pressure
Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vision, and Outlook) and contract management systems
Responsibilities:
- Review huge volumes of complex contracts with highest productivity and accuracy.
- Identify and assess the impact of application of review guidelines on contracts
