Role:
Contract Admin
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a similar discipline
- Preference in understanding contract or corporate law will be an advantage Contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Accuracy and high attention to detail
- Min 6 months to 1 year experience working as a Contract Admin or a related job role
Responsibilities:
· Your main responsibilities as a Contract Admin will be Strategic Contract Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring optimal outcomes for both parties.
· Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential legal and commercial risks associated with contracts, protecting the company’s interests.
· Compliance Assurance: Maintain strict adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, minimising compliance-related issues.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating contract terms and expectations.
· Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including NDAs, SLAs, and commercial agreements.
· Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential legal and commercial risks.
· Compliance Monitoring: Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
· Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on contract performance, key metrics, and potential issues.
· System Implementation: Implement and maintain contract management systems to optimise workflow and enhance efficiency.
· Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed
· Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shippings)
· Maintain organized system of physical and digital records
· Create language standards for existing and new contracts
