The firm currently caters to the corporate, civil litigation and transactional business needs of its slowly expanding client base. The Partners plan to diversify into certain other niche practices specializing in dispute resolution and tax laws.

Qualifications:
• Qualified as an Advocate in India, or in the process of sitting for the AIBE
• An LLB or equivalent degree from a good law school in India
• Available to work remotely on a part-time basis
• Previous experience with corporate law firms is helpful, but not necessary
• Ability to independently evaluate complex legal issues and to provide solutions in simple language to clients, both orally and in writing
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of information and present conclusions and recommendations to clients
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly assess potential for risk and opportunity
• Proven team player with demonstrated teamwork, analytical and consultation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
• Self-starter with the ability to work under their own initiative with a very strong work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail with excellent drafting skills
• Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and/or tight timelines in a fluid/fast-paced, collaborative, team environment
• Very strong working knowledge of PC Applications (Excel, Microsoft Word, Windows, etc.). Freshers are encouraged to apply as well, but may have to serve a longer compatibility period.
Responsibilities:
You will be working on a per-transaction basis and assisting our corporate team on domestic and international transactions.
