Qualifications:
- Experience of 5+ years in contract and conveyancing, and other corporate drafting.
- Bachelor’s
- English
- Bar Enrolment
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and vetting commercial and legal agreements.
- Working on regulatory compliance matters.
- Performing legal due diligence
- Conducting legal research on issues ranging anywhere from global investment laws to corporate laws, and other branches
Salary:
₹50,000+ (Negotiable)
