Qualifications:
Looking for freshers candidates also candidates with previous corporate experience will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
Searching for a corporate lawyer to handle all our company’s legal transactions, partnerships, and projects. Your principal goal will be to avoid possible legal risks, violations, performing due diligence, consulting and leading all corporate legal processes.
- Draft the appropriate legal documents such as Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), donor agreements, farmer agreements, Authority Letters, and other commercial contracts & agreements.
- Evaluate & negotiate terms of engagement with vendors and clients.
- Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters.
- Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
- Examine the legal issues & perform due diligence on the documents for verifying the clear and marketable title of the beneficiary farmers.
- Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
- Maintaining legal records and streamlining the legal documentation processes.
- Assisting internal teams on matters relating to contracts, secretarial work, and annual filings.
- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
