Requirement of a legal associate (on full time basis) with minimum 2-3 years of experience for a boutique law firm based in Kailash Colony, New Delhi.
Previous experience must in drafting and vetting of various Legal Agreements, Commercial Agreements; Lease, license, NDA, Service Agreements, Franchise Agreements, etc.;
Involvement in negotiations and concalls;
General legal advisory and All other ancillary activities.
Good command over English language and working knowledge of computers/ internet is a must. Court appearances would be minimal.
