A reputed NBFC is looking for a dynamic young candidate
Role:
Deputy Manager- Legal
Location:
Gurugram
Qualification:
- Obtain and check title search reports
- Provide detailed opinion on the basis of TSRs and property documents
- Coordination with various internal stakeholders
- Update with team on the market places of other Banks/NBFCs
- Coordinating with empaneled advocates
- Ensuring valid mortgage is created in favour of the company on the immovable properties offered as security
