Role:
The firm is hiring for Associate and Senior Associate – Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Dispute Resolution
PQE:
PQE: 1-5 years
Location:
New Delhi & Mumbai
Key Profile:
Primary responsibilities would include drafting of pleadings, attending hearings before courts and tribunals, briefing Senior Counsel
Desired Skill Sets:
- Substantive knowledge and understanding of laws/rules/regulations relating to corporate and commercial litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy laws, arbitration, and dispute resolution
- Appearance and Filing in High Court (Delhi/Mumbai), NCLT Benches (Delhi/Mumbai), NCLAT and DRT (Mumbai)
- Excellent Drafting/Writing and Presentation Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Should be able to handle Client and Counsel independently
- Extensive Research Skills and more particularly on various Case Indexing platforms like SSC Online & Manupatra
