ESG Advisor
Qualifications:
- Master’s in any discipline preferably in Sustainability / Environment
- Minimum 2 years of Work experience in ESG / Sustainability fields
- Minimum 5 years of Corporate/ Consulting experience
- Proficiency in public speaking, including the ability to present at client workshops and lead client conversations.
- Experience in supporting a team in developing, growing, leading, and inspiring strong teams with a relationship building management style
- Ability to quickly learn concepts outside of your area of expertise.
Responsibilities:
- To assist companies in better understand and develop solutions to respond to the complex and evolving policy, regulatory, and business environment risks and opportunities associated with Corporate Sustainability and ESG.
- Review/analyze corporate activities and provide recommendations related to enhance their sustainability/ESG strategy, methods, framework, and related tools to support clients in achieving their sustainability/ ESG objectives.
- Manage the review and development of sustainability/ESG programs and related reporting, such as materiality assessments, peer benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, gap analysis, metric/KPI identification (in alignment with common sustainability/ESG reporting standards such as GRI), and the preparation of reporting (internal and external) materials.
- Manage client relationships, business development efforts, and drafting thought leadership, as well as internal collateral and pieces of training on sustainability and ESG topics; work closely, but independently, under the direction of team leadership.
- Support clients in their ESG-Decarbonization digital transformation
- Overall management of projects, ensuring quality and liaising with internal and external stakeholders and manage budgets.
