LLB (Advocate) from a reputed institute who shall assist the clients of the ELS in meeting their legal compliance requirements.
Experience:
The Candidate should have post-qualification experience between 1-3 years.
Responsibilities:
The role shall require the candidate to know various laws in India applicable to businesses. Such laws may include licensing laws (like FSSAI, Drugs and Cosmetics, Fertilizers and Insecticides, Industrial and Shops and Establishments, etc.), tax laws, contract laws, company laws, property laws, marriage and adoption, immigration, etc. The Candidate shall be required to deal with various authorities across India and shall be required to have liaison skills. The Candidate should have good communication and drafting skills.
