Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Contracts from creating new contracts, for vetting existing contracts.
- All Contracts, including but not limited to, Agreements, MoU, Contracts, Addendums, Term Sheets, SHA, M&A documents, Tenders, PO, Renewals.
- Creating Standard Formats for repetitive Contracts.
- To work in close coordination with all stakeholders of the Company.
- To take care of Anti-trust Laws, Related Party Transactions, Conflict of Interest and advice accordingly.
- To negotiate with 3rd parties on Contracts and safeguard Company’s interest.
