General Manager / Senior General Manager – Commercial Contracts
Location:
Ahura Center, Andheri, Mumbai
Qualification:
LLB / LLM
Experience:
- 9 – 12 years – law firm candidates preferred
- Preferred Skill: Commercial contracts, transactions, contract management, general corporate advisory, good interpersonal and communication skill
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, negotiating and closing various commercial contracts including supply agreement, equipment purchase agreement, data sharing agreements, offtake agreements, NDAs etc.
- Drafting of MOUs, Agreements to Sell, Conveyance Deeds and any other documentation required for purchase, sale, or lease of land.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various power purchase agreements for purchase of power and other power related documents
- Assisting with M&A due diligence and agreements on a need basis
- Advising on relevant state and central laws with respect to purchase of land as well as process and structuring.
- Advising on various electricity and power related laws as well as changes in regulations.
