About:
The Government of Madhya Pradesh (GoMP) has been at the forefront of education reforms. In line with the guidelines of the National Education Policy 2020 and to achieve the vision of the NIPUN Bharat Mission, GoMP launched Mission Ankur, the State’s Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) mission. Its goal is to achieve universal FLN skills for students in Grades 1, 2, and 3 by 2026-2027.

- Bright and skilled individuals who are passionate about education, public policy and solving governance challenges at scale. Aside from passion and commitment to create social impact.
- They look for leadership potential that can be developed and demonstrated through the two-year Program.
- Candidates must possess skills such as critical thinking, excellent problem solving, project management and have an entrepreneurial spirit to drive initiatives independently.
Responsibilities:
The professionals will collaborate with the District Collector, CEO-ZP, and the district education team to enhance system capacity, strengthen governance structures, drive data-based decision-making, and energize the district ecosystem to ultimately improve student learning outcomes while cultivating the leadership skills and mindsets required for solving complex problems.
Salary:
80,000 a month and a certification from Tata Institute of Social Sciences as a part of the program.
