Role:
In-House Legal Associate
Qualification:
• Minimum 1 year of legal experience, preferably in corporate or commercial law
• Strong command of English—both written and spoken
• Solid exposure to contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Familiarity with multiple legal systems or jurisdictions is a strong plus
Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and refine commercial agreements and internal policies
• Support cross-functional teams with legal insights and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations across jurisdictions
• Contribute to governance frameworks and strategic legal initiatives
