Intellectual Property Administrative Assistant
Location:
Hyderabad Technical Center office
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in using and maintaining databases (ie. sharepoint)
- IP Invoice tracking and processing experience is an advantage
- Some paralegal experience is preferred especially IP paralegal
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist with IP budget management, including IP service provider management;
- Coordinate processing of IP-related invoices from external counsel and other IP service providers;
- Coordinate execution of IP-related documents across inventors and corporate entities;
- Maintain IP databases, including innovation database, patent families database, trademarks database, and executed documents database;
- Track IP database deadlines; coordinate IP-related service requests and coordinate corresponding service request processing; and manage quarterly publication of Orica technical bulletin.
