Role: Jr. Legal Associate
PQE: 1-2 years
Location: New Delhi
Qualifications:
- Must have extensive court experience .
- Must have adequate drafting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be well organized and accurate in work
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality about all legal matters.
- Must be registered with BCI
- LLM Degree will be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Visiting the courts and representing the cases in the court.
- Obtaining the certified copy of the case file once the vakalatnama have been procured.
- Drafting of pleadings & agreements.
- To collect the case papers to the extent possible ,to do any other as per the requirements.
- Record monitor court appearance dates i.e, maintaining master calendar.
- Understand court procedures and filing various forms that are required as and when.
Salary: Rs.12000-15000/- p.m
