About:
EOSA is India’s trusted NGO/Section 8 company championing Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) under the Used Oil Regime. As a key Steering Committee member of the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), they unite producers, recyclers, and collectors to drive a circular economy for used oil. Their mission is to transform used oil from waste to a resource, ensuring environmental and business sustainability through advocacy, education, and innovative solutions.
Role:
Junior Associate
Location:
Noida / NCR
Qualification:
• 1–2 PQE (including relevant law firm internships / chambers work)
• Strong research and structured writing skills
• Drafting experience is a plus
• International moot court experience preferred
• High attention to detail, reliability, and discipline
Candidates from non-NLU backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply, provided they demonstrate ambition, intellectual honesty, and consistently strong work output.
Responsibilities:
• Legal research (non-negotiable)
• Drafting and review of agreements, notes, and memoranda
• Support on corporate transactions and advisory work
• Exposure to international matters and varied assignments
