Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
- Previous experience in intellectual property law is a plus
- Membership in the Bar Council of India
Responsibilities:
The Junior Lawyer will conduct IP searches, handle trademark, Patent, Copyright, and design registration applications, assist in trademark infringement cases in court and provide legal advice on trademark matters. The role also involves drafting legal documents, conducting client meetings, litigating, and staying updated on trademark laws and regulations.
