Junior Legal Position
Qualifications:
- A lawyer or recent law graduate (LLB or JD from a leading institution) with an interest in working at a prominent international law firm.
- Native English and fluent spoken Hebrew (including ability to read and conduct research in Hebrew).
- Take pride in their work, appreciate a challenge and bring a fresh perspective.
- Work well in a team, under pressure and can juggle tasks effectively. Also possess the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Will thrive in a prestigious law firm using their ambition, organization, intelligence and thoughtfulness.

Responsibilities:
The position is a unique hybrid of business development and legal work.
- Legal drafting and research on a wide range of topics, including M&A, international dispute resolution (with a focus on international arbitration) and others.
- Handle various relationships, both internal (within the firm) and external (with clients and local counsel).
- Form connections with potential clients, identify business opportunities and put together client-facing materials.
- Handle administrative tasks when relevant.
