PQE: 3-5 years
Area: General Corporate (Non-Litigation)
Location: Hyderabad
Qualifications:
- Should have Exceptional Drafting Skills
- Command over the English Language both verbal & written
Responsibilities:
- Managing and handling transactions independently (if capable) including real estate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, distribution, and franchising arrangements etc.
- Advise on Employment law matters
- Regulatory approvals, including ROC, RBI, NCLT, Labor Departments, Customs, and the Tax department.
