Qualifications:
- Must have an LL.B degree (3/5 years).
- Preferable enrolled in Bar Council.
Responsibilities:
- Trademarks: Associate will be required to work in the trade mark and copyrights prosecution practice. Responsibilities will include handling of trade mark / copyright searches, application drafting and filing, prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, assignment deeds and related matters.
- Litigation: Associate will be required to work in the litigation practice – responsibilities will include attending court proceedings, drafting of pleadings / applications / and related documents, and all related legal and administrative matters
