About:
DSSPL is looking for a rockstar candidate to join an early stage, well funded start-up looking to achieve major disruption in the fintech/legal tech space. Founders have combined decades of experience in financial and legal services, operations, and other related areas. Product will be a B2C MOBILE APP on Android and iOS platforms with a potential to reach an overall target market of over 200 million Indians. The first version of our app will launch in March/April 2022 targeting user growth of 200,000 paid users in the first twelve months. DSSPL was bootstrapped and recently seed funded with a strong pipeline of seed and institutional interest lined up to fund aggressive future growth upon success of the MVP. Founders have strong access to capital within their networks due to their long experience in the industry.
Role:
- Candidate should have client front ending experience and working with clients to provide solutions, experience of leading a team of lawyers and ability to building and coaching the team.
- Candidate should have excellent communication skill in written and verbal mediums.
- Exposure to Indian succession law is preferred and experience in customer support services would have added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of lawyers/ graduates to provide legal tech/customer support overwritten and VC mode for succession/ Will related matters.
- Coach the team on do’s and dont’s on customer query handling and escalation
- Monitor conversations with customers and build an exhaustive list of frequently raised queries and its solutions for swift/ unified customer query handling.
- Over a period of time play a vital role in build expertise within the team to address related queries of customer in addition Succession/Will- for instance Trust, Divorce, Property Dispute, etc.
- Innovate ways of better handling customer queries that is easy scalable for swift customer query redressal
- Ability to spearhead and build a large team of lawyers/ graduates in a short duration to match organization growth.
- Represent the voice of the customer within the organization.
- Knowledge of two South Indian Language
