Qualifications:
- Candidate should have LLB from reputed college/University
- Minimum experience required 7 Years
- Looking for people based out of Bhopal
- Experience of Drafting/ contracts- Customer Contracts, Vendor Contracts, Service Level Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements. Intercompany agreements, MOUs, sale deeds.
Responsibilities:
- Handling litigation, preparing case paper and drafting various.
- Achieve all the essential criteria of the important function of providing robust and intelligent legal support to various functions engaged in running of a successful business venture.
- Demonstrated a sound knowledge of the Court system and litigation process.
- Knowledge Corporate Law, Contract Negotiations, Criminal Cases, Civil, Contract Drafting, Negotiable Instrument Act, Contract Act.
