Role:
Legal Associate
Location: Remote
Eligibility-
- Education: LLB/LLM
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working for US law firms.
- Must have knowledge and understanding of legal fundamentals, methods and procedures.
- Prior experience on research platforms like lexis and Westlaw is preferred.
- Must have analytical skills along with excellent command over written and spoken English.
- Well organized, disciplined and independent.
- Must be computer savvy and proficient in using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Willingness to work in night shift.
Responsibilities
- Drafting various legal documents such complaints, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and handle the project deliverables.
- Adhere to production and quality milestones.
