Legal Associate IPR
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of law and legal principles
- Experience in legal document preparation
- Analytical skills to assess legal issues
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
- Business development skills, including networking and client relationship management.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in intellectual property law is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or related field
- 1+ years of work experience with Drafting Agreements
- 1+ years of work experience with Trademark & Copyright Prosecution
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Hyderabad branch, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to the firm’s standards.
- Develop and implement business strategies to grow the client base and enhance the branch’s market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote services and generate business leads.
- Develop and implement strategies for the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
- Advise clients on IP portfolio management, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
