Legal Associate & Legal Intern
Location:
Udyog Vihar, Phase 3, Gurugram
Qualification:
- Semi-qualified CS with Law degree, strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, good communication skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach.
- Immediate joiners preferred
Responsibilities:
Contract drafting & vetting, MCA compliances, corporate governance, IP filings, board & shareholder documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
