Qualifications:
LLB
- Good drafting and research skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Should be an avid learner and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Exclusive and full-time engagement with the firm.
Experience:
1 year preferably (2023 or 2024 batch)
Responsibilities:
- Major Area of practice – Civil and Criminal litigation, Arbitration, Family and Domestic Violence, Real Estate and other fields of law as well.
- Scope of work – Drafting of Suits/Claim/Writs/Petitions/ Applications/Appeals/Reply/Rejoinder, etc., and research on proposition of law and appearances before Courts.
- Courts -Bombay High Court, District Courts, NCLT, Family Courts, Magistrate Courts.
