Legal Associate- Real Estate
Location:
Hyderabad
Qualification:
- Based in Hyderabad with the ability to travel when required.
- 3–7 years’ practical experience in real estate law, property consulting, or land due diligence.
- Strong working knowledge of local land records, registration procedures, Bhu Bharti, MeeBhoomi, and related government tools.
- Comfort with both legal documentation and on-ground verification (field visits, liaising with revenue/registration offices).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work independently, and in fast-moving projects.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out land due diligence – title verification, tracing ownership, mutation checks, and identifying red flags.
- Work with core land documents: Record of Rights (ROR/Pahani/1B), Encumbrance Certificates, Sale Deeds, Conversion Orders, Layout Approvals, etc.
- Use online land record platforms (Bhu Bharti, MeeBhoomi, Sub-Registrar portals) and validate data with physical checks.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing transaction documents (sale deeds, lease deeds, JDA, GPA, etc.).
- Track regulatory updates and build knowledge playbooks.
- Support strategic projects involving real estate-tech platforms and new-age advisory solutions.
