Mr Anurag Mishra, an Independent Legal Practitioner, is hiring a Legal Associate.
Job Description:
- Drafting notices and replies thereto
- Drafting plaints, written statements, appeals, applications, complaints, etc
- Filing and defending court cases / complaints before various forums
- Look after day to day activities / stages pertaining to the litigation
- Taking chief examination, cross examination, and re-examination of witness
- Argue before court, tribunal or authority various applications and finally argue the matter before court or authority
- Provide legal advice, strategy and legal opinion on various legal issues related to the on going litigation
- Filing writ petitions, suits, etc in court.
- Preparing relevant drafts, attempting out of court settlements, arbitrations, etc.
Requirements:
- Enrolled with Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa
- 1-4 years experience on the civil side
- Internship experience may also be considered
- Fluent in English & Marathi
- Basic Computer Skills
