Qualifications:
- Qualified LLM/CS
- Adequate knowledge of Consumer Laws, Competition Act, Negotiable Instrument Act, Company law, Civil and Criminal procedural laws, Trademark laws
- Strong administrative skills and an aptitude for using IT software
- Commercial awareness

- Remains up to date with the new Laws and judgments

Responsibilities:
- Handling of Contract Management Portal independently & maintaining the responsibility thereof.
- Analyzing and negotiating contract standard/ non standard terms with Client.
- Liaising with Internal & external stakeholders; Quality Assurance to check all the SLA’s are met.
- Fulfilling compliance requirements from statutory & company perspective.
- Legal Research, analyzing and mitigating risk for a proposed plan or strategy, which needs to materialized for the growth of the organization.
- Framing and review of organizational level policies and disclaimer for the Client.
- Preparing and maintaining secretarial documents related to ROC, ROS, RBI and various regulatory bodies for the company and the society of Pearl Academy,
- Regular visit to the Regulatory Authority for filing of documents to the ROS and to get the certified true copies.
- Drafting and updating the secretarial documents including Incorporation, By Laws, Notices, Meeting Minutes, Board Resolutions, Registers, Memorandum, Rules and Regulations & roll of members etc.
- Following up with consultants for various form filings, disclosures of directors and submitting financial report to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
