Role:
Legal Contract Associate
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent);
- 1–2 years of post-qualification legal experience (in-house or law firm), with a focus on technology, SaaS, or IT services contracts
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial law
- Experience reviewing and negotiating complex B2B agreements, especially those involving multiple parties (e.g., vendor, client, partner triads)
- Familiarity with cloud/SaaS agreements and partner program structures (Google, AWS, Microsoft, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to align legal strategy with business goals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment
Responsibilities:
- Partner & Client Contract Support Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to Google partnership transactions, subcontracting arrangements, solution resale, and end-client agreements.
- Ensure contracts are properly aligned and terms are flowed down accurately from Google Solution Agreements to end customer contracts and service providers.
- Back-to-Back Alignment Conduct thorough reviews of Google’s standard agreements and client contracts to ensure consistent obligations, especially around data privacy, indemnity, IP, and liability.
- Legal Risk Management Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies while balancing business objectives and compliance.
