Qualifications:
- B.A LLB or LLB or Masters in law.
- 3 or more years of experience in legal sector, preferably in corporate legal sector.
- Knowledgeable and Experienced in contracts Law and company Law.
- Knowledgeable with investments and fundings.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be keen in time to time learning of new laws and company’s policies.
- Team work spirited.
- Good with Chat GPT and Microsoft applications.
- Preferably experienced in U.S corporate legal sector mandatory
