Role:
Legal – Land Acquisition
Location:
Vadodara, Patan, Bhavnagar, Junagadh, Khambhaliya, Kutch & Surendranagar
Qualification:
- Qualification: LLB / LLM
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
- Grade Level: JMC / MMC
Responsibilities:
- Legal due diligence of land and title documents
- Advisory on land laws & regulatory compliance
- Drafting and vetting of land-related agreements
- Support in negotiations, execution & registration of documents
- Coordination with external counsel for litigation matters
