Legal Manager
Location: Delhi-NCR (Aerocity)
Eligibility-
Education: LLB from Reputed University with any specialization
Experience- experience is the Corporate field is must.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and vetting of contracts and various other documents and negotiation thereof with relevant stakeholders (both for Greenlam, subsidiaries and group companies).
- To take care of various litigations like consumer complaints and other cases filed against us.
- Replying to various noticed issued to us on product related issues
- Agreement vetting for subsidiary
- Trademark Application for registration in India as well as overseas
- Filing of Trademark opposition
- Providing suitable reply and counter reply for all trademark objections and oppositions
- Filing of recovery cases and co-ordination with Lawyer for various issues.
- To attend noticed issued by various departments.
- Must have managed Plant contracts and liason with various departments.
