Legal – Manager
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications Required: LLB
- Experience required: 8 – 12 years
Responsibilities:
- Scrutiny of property documents, tracing title flow, identifying defects in title, to find out the remedy to cure the defects etc.
- Preparing of legal opinion on property documents.
- Drafting and finalization of deeds and documents like sale agreements, memorandum of understanding, sale deeds, confirmation deeds, rectification deeds, letters, affidavits etc.
- Co-ordination with finance team and extending support for project approval, drafting of affidavits, bank guarantees, release deeds, vetting of Mortgage deeds, Memorandum of Deposit of title deeds, loan agreements, hypothecation deeds, and various other loan documents.
- Legal compliance, interaction with external legal consultants to resolve issues and take legal Interaction with Sub registrar office, handling of registration of all deeds and documents.
- Co-ordination and interaction with facilitators and landowners for procurement of documents and take clarifications regarding various issues.
- Co-ordination with business development team, liaison team and technical team regarding legal issues, survey, identification of boundaries.
- Filing / sending Notices and reply to the Notices.
- Attending to customers legal issues, consumer matters, RERA matters etc…
