Role:
Legal Researcher
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or a related field. Additional qualifications such as a Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM would be advantageous. Preferably with background in Biology and Chemistry.
2. Strong research skills and the ability to gather and analyze legal information from various sources.
3. Exceptional legal writing and communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise commentaries.
4. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate legal issues and provide well-reasoned solutions.
5. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in legal research and documentation.
6. Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in legal research databases, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
8. A commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards in legal research and analysis.
Responsibilities:
1. Conducting in-depth legal research on a wide range of topics, including case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents.
2. Analyzing and summarizing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
3. Drafting well-researched and concise legal analyses, commentaries, etc.
4. Staying updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact our clients.
5. Organizing and maintaining legal research databases and resources.
6. Ensuring the accuracy and relevance of research findings.
