PQE: 5-7 years
Location: Gurgaon
Qualifications:
- Law degree from a premium law school of India
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in a law firm/ corporate house (in contract drafting and negotiating),
- a prior experience of drafting, reviewing, negotiating various agreements viz. Master Services Agreement. Statements of work, Term Sheets, Addendums, Amendments, change orders, service agreements, MOUs, NDA, Lease Deeds etc.;
- good knowledge of Indian Laws and Indian legal system;
- good analytical ability, creativity and judgment in resolving legal issues;
- the ability to meet deadlines by prioritizing, planning, coordinating and executing assignments;
- good communications skills- both written and verbal with ability to communicate with all “customers”- internal and external to the business. He/ she should be a Good team player and must have the ability to manage relations with colleagues and other peers.
- the ability to effectively collaborate with business partners to resolve various legal issues and mitigate liability risks;
- Preferred Qualification:
- A prior experience in a corporate law firm/ corporates engaged in providing health services/ pharmaceuticals/ E- commerce will be preferred
