PQE:
1 to 2 years

Qualifications:
- Preference: 5 yr LLB degree or B.Com/CA(I)/CS(Exe) +3 yr LLB degree with prior exposure to Insolvency Laws, Company Law, Civil Litigation, Arbitration, and General Commercial Litigation.
- Affluent communication and good drafting skills shall be given preference.
Responsibilities:
Disputes, Corporate & Commercial Litigation at Hon’ble Delhi High Court, NCLAT and NCLTs.
