Role:
Litigation Associate
Qualifications:
- 1yr + practicing lawyer with exposure to NCLT or IBC
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Draft notices, suits, plaints, petitions, etc indepedently.
- Representation before NCLT, NCLAT, Arbitration Tribunals, Commercial Courts, etc.
- e-filing and to ensure litigation strategy is implemented
- Corporate and Commercial Litigation profile: Main areas of practice will be in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Act, Commercial Courts Act, Negotiable Instruments Act and Arbitration.
Salary:
CTC: 4 to 5 lakhs based on the candidate. Probation period of 3 months.
