Qualifications:
- The candidate should be well versed with Drafting and Filing of Suits, Writs, Appeals etc. in Delhi High Court, District Courts and Tribunals like Consumer Forums, NCDRC and NCLT etc.
- Should have experience of court appearances and capable of handling the litigation portfolio and taking responsibility of timely compliances.
- Candidates with experience in IP prosecution / litigation will be given preference.
- The candidate should be proficient in English language.
- The candidate should have knowledge of the working of the courts, tribunals and consumer forums in Delhi and should be able to take up/ handle matters individually.
- The candidate should be enrolled with the Bar and should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Handle Civil, Commercial Matters and IP in Delhi High Court, District Courts and Tribunals.
