About:
TLA [Tree of Life Associates], founded in May 2009, is a boutique law firm with depth of understanding and domain expertise in Labour & Employment matters, Technology, Outsourcing, IP, Privacy law and Start-Up legal offerings. TLA is amongst the few firms in India with a focused and specialized employment law practice, with pure-play employment law clients. TLA’s nomenclature is synchronous with its fundamental value structure and proposition – consensual, synergistic and integrity-driven growth with its members and the client. Singularly absent at TLA are overstated capacities and unrealistic delivery.
TLA’s lawyers provide a synergistic mix of big corporate law firm and in-house counsel experience, which enables solution driven legal advice, focused on delivering value to the client. TLA’s approach is premised on legal risk mapping, risk analysis and risk mitigation strategies that synergise with client business environments. TLA has a primary presence in Bangalore, with network offices in Chennai, Cochin, Delhi, Mumbai and Hyderabad.
TLA sees itself as a business enabler who understands client business and growth drivers and is strategic to the business and operations of its clients. The bottom-line is the long-term relationship with the client, not the immediate benefit.
TLA has the avowed objective of rational scale and cost transparency, thereby ensuring low cost bases, which translate into cost arbitrage for its clients.
